Merchant Onboard Analyst, SPX Express

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end merchant onboarding, from account setup to go-live readiness
- Validate merchant requirements, documentation, and system configurations
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure timely onboarding
- Track onboarding progress and identify bottlenecks or delays
- Ensure data accuracy across systems and tools
- Support merchants during onboarding by addressing questions and providing guidance
- Monitor onboarding KPIs such as activation rate, time-to-live, and onboarding completion rate
- Continuously improve onboarding workflows and documentation
- Identify opportunities for automation and process standardization
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, onboarding, or account setup roles
- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or tech platforms is a plus
