This role under Central team (Strategy & Planning) in NSF department (New Seller Flow) to drive E2E strategy and planning for new seller growth, focusing on building scalable frameworks and enabling execution across teams. Bridges strategy and operations, translating business goals into actionable plan, and ensuring cross-functional alignment to deliver sustainable seller performance at scale
What you'll do
- Support project planning including defining scope, timeline, and key milestones for Seller Incubation initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution across different workstreams
- Track project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and proactively propose solutions to ensure timely delivery
- Own and execute specific workstreams (e.g. onboarding programs, incubation initiatives, campaign rollout) with high accountability on deliverables
- Organize meetings with stakeholders, summarize key discussions, and actively follow up on action plans.
- Act as a coordination point between stakeholders to ensure clear communication and effective collaboration.
- Monitor key project KPIs, track performance and flag operational issues for timely resolution.
- Support in preparing regular reports to update project progress and performance to stakeholders.
- Identify process gaps and propose improvements to enhance execution efficiency and project governance.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields
- Around 1–2 years of experience in related fields (e.g. e-commerce, operations, business development, project coordination,…)
- Basic understanding of project management and experience in coordinating tasks or stakeholders is a plus
- Strong coordination and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through effectively
- Good communication skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Structured thinking and problem-solving skills
- Basic data handling skills (Excel/Google Sheets) to track performance and support reporting
- Comfortable with MS Office, Google Docs; experience with data tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL,…) is a plus
- Be able to communicate effectively in English and Vietnamese
- Result-oriented, self-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good team player with can-do attitude
