What you'll do
- Support project planning, execution, and monitoring across multiple concurrent initiatives within the ShopeePay Product team, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and track action items across internal and cross-functional stakeholder groups
- Maintain project documentation including project plans, timelines, and status reports; prepare presentations and dashboards for management and senior leadership
- Proactively identify potential risks or delays and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
- Promote adoption of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) across the ShopeePay teams through training and sharing practical implementation use cases
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows and automations to accelerate team efficiency and operational effectiveness
Requirements
Must have
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a related role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with AI productivity tools such as (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) (strong plus)
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello) and MS Office Suite
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure
Nice to have
- Basic experience building workflow automations (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar no-code tools)
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills — ability to interact effectively with international stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive self-starter mindset
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
