Job Description
- Develop and execute driver engagement and retention strategies to maintain a strong and active driver base
- Design and manage incentive programs, campaigns, and communications to drive driver activity and performance
- Analyze driver behavior and performance data to identify gaps and opportunities (activation, churn, productivity)
- Lead onboarding, reactivation, and lifecycle management initiatives for drivers
- Work cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and Marketing to improve driver experience and platform usability
- Manage and mentor engagement team members to ensure effective execution
- Gather driver feedback and translate insights into actionable improvements
Requirements
Qualifications
- 4–7+ years in operations, engagement, or lifecycle management roles
- Experience managing teams and executing large-scale initiatives
- Background in logistics, transportation, e-commerce, or gig-platform environments preferred
- Skills
- Strong data analysis skills (Excel/Google Sheets; SQL is a plus)
- Experience in campaign management, incentives design, or lifecycle marketing
- Strong problem-solving and execution skills in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Highly organized and results-driven
- Comfortable working in a startup setting with evolving processes
