Affiliates Key Account Management Lead - Influencer Management

Apply What you'll do
- Manage Affiliates - Build and maintain strong relationships with Shopee’s affiliate partners — from onboarding to tracking how well they perform and keeping them engaged.
- Campaign Coordination - Work with internal teams and external partners to plan and run affiliate campaigns and activities on different platforms.
- Performance Optimization - Use data to evaluate how well campaigns are doing and make improvements so engagement, conversions, and return on investment (ROI) get better over time.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with other departments — such as marketing, analytics, operations, and product — to ensure campaign goals are aligned and affiliate operations run smoothly.
- Market Research - Keep up with the latest trends in influencer content, new formats, and what competitors are doing, so Shopee’s affiliate program stays innovative and effective.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Experienced in KOL/Influencer Marketing, Key Account Management, Affiliate Marketing, or Digital Campaigns
- Experienced in managing relationships and running campaigns with influencers or content creators
- Comfortable using data and Excel/Google Sheets to drive performance decisions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Passion for e-commerce, social media, and creator economy
