Marketing Campaign Lead (ShopeeFood)

- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of key commercial campaigns (e.g., D-Day, ShopeeFood Day, Brand Campaigns) to drive business impact and growth
- Define campaign strategy, mechanics, and communication direction, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
- Own and optimize in-app visibility strategy (e.g., placement prioritization, traffic allocation, key entry points) to maximize campaign exposure and performance
- Proactively identify opportunities, risks, and performance gaps; initiate data-driven action plans to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
- Monitor and deep-dive campaign performance metrics; translate insights into clear recommendations and next steps
- Drive cross-functional alignment across ShopeeFood and Shopee teams to ensure strong execution and resolve bottlenecks effectively
- Act as the key owner of campaign timeline and delivery, ensuring high standards of execution and on-time launches
- Guide and provide direction to team members or stakeholders to ensure consistency in campaign quality and execution standards
- Prepare and present campaign performance updates and key learnings to management and regional stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields
- 5–7 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or business development (experience in e-commerce or food delivery is a strong plus)
- At least 2 years of experience in team management or leadership role, with the ability to guide, coach, and drive team performance
- Strong ownership mindset with demonstrated ability to lead initiatives end-to-end independently
- Proven ability to think proactively and strategically, with a strong bias for action
- Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-impact campaigns simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across cross-functional teams
- Data-driven with strong analytical thinking; able to turn insights into actionable plans
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English (written and verbal)
