The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
What you'll do
Conduct project management and business analysis for SPX locker expansion strategy planning and operation performance improvement initiatives to enhance network coverage, operational efficiency and customer experience
Role Overview:
Network optimization team plays a critical role in making expansion strategy via data-driven analysis, proactively finding actionable insights, and driving initiatives for operational performance improvement
Key Responsibilities:
Network Expansion & Investment Planning
- Provide business impact analysis for locker vendor selection, system enhancements, hardware upgrades, and network optimization initiatives to grow SPX locker business via data-driven decision making
- Build up a cost-profit related model for investment performance monitoring and tracking
Data & Tool Development:
- Develop and maintain operational trackers, dashboards, and analytical tools to support network monitoring and decision-making
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making and special projects
Project management:
- Lead end-to-end projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, delivery capacity, and service performance. Collaborate closely with Operations and other cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives. Track and report project milestones, ensuring timely execution and measurable outcomes
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with teams across Operations, Finance, Product and Regional teams. Present regular updates and insights to senior management in clear, concise reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering
- Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical thinking.
- Internship or working experience in relevant fields such as Analytics, Business Intelligence
- Proficient in SQL and Python for data manipulation and transformation; experienced in data visualization
- Able to deliver actionable insights, communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences, and work independently or in teams
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a creative approach to solving complex problems
