Product Operations Intern, Price Competitiveness & Traffic Performance - SPU (Summer 2026)

About the team

Project Overview

This role will focus on driving Price Competitiveness and Traffic Performance through the management of SPU initiatives. You will support Regional PMs and Data Scientists in executing the roadmap to improve platform price health and buyer experience across all SEA and Latin American markets.

What you'll do

Key Responsibilities

1. SPU Operations & Market Coordination
   • Regional Monitoring: Assist in tracking daily SPU BAU progress across SEA markets (e.g., TH, VN, ID, PH) to ensure operational targets are met.
   • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a point of contact for local teams to clarify SPU QC standards and ensure mapping consistency (e.g., verifying material and quantity attributes).
   • Quality Audits: Conduct regular sample checks on local QC outputs to monitor Precision and Recall rates against the regional benchmark.
2. Data Tracking & Reporting
   • Weekly Dashboards: Support the preparation of data for the regular reporting.
   • Performance Tracking: Assist in identifying performance gaps and flag them for further investigation by the regional leads.
   • Ad-hoc Analysis: Help extract and organize data to support regional price competitiveness studies and competitor benchmarking.
3. AI & Product Initiative Support
   • Implementation Support: Assist in the rollout of AI-driven initiatives by tracking adoption rates across markets.
   • Data Curation: Support the collection and organization of "Ground Truth" data required to train and refine AI models.
   • Feedback Collection: Gather and consolidate operational feedback from local users regarding new system features to help the Product team prioritize improvements.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or relevant disciplines.
• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with large datasets and tracking performance through structured OKRs.
• Detail-Oriented: High level of precision when auditing product data and verifying complex mapping rules.
• Communication & Coordination: Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate alignment between Regional HQ and Local market teams.
• Fast Learner: Ability to quickly adapt to internal tools and evolving e-commerce mechanisms.
