Apply What you'll do
- Proactively identify, approach, and acquire new brands, acting as Shopee’s representative in pitching, negotiating, and closing partnerships.
- Own end-to-end brand onboarding and growth, from acquisition to driving performance and long-term development.
- Build and manage strong relationships with key brand stakeholders, balancing commercial objectives with long-term partnership development.
- Drive seller performance through data-driven insights, including forecasting, assortment planning, and growth strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Product, Operations, Marketing, Tech, etc.) to resolve bottlenecks and unlock growth opportunities.
- Identify and prioritize high-potential brands based on market insights and category strategy.
- Prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- At least 1-3 years of experience (level of role will depend on the years of experience), relevant work experience in B2B or retail or e-commerce industry is a plus
- Possess strong relationship-building skills to engage key brand contacts with a customer-centric approach, fostering trust and effective collaboration
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, hands-on, and strong sense of ownership.
