Regional People Team serves as the Centre of Excellence for defining policy, leading company-wide initiatives, and governing local HR operations across all markets. We continue to optimise our HR delivery through system enhancement and AI deployment, aiming to support our leaders in solving regional organization and workforce challenges and fostering an exceptional employee experience. In the AI era, we anticipate expediting the AI transformation within our People team, from deploying AI agents for employee support to optimising organisational insights through predictive modelling.
What you'll do
- Identify AI opportunities in Operations workflows (productivity, quality, cost, risk).
- Design and support rollout of AI use cases, Standard Operating Procedures, and playbooks for Operations teams.
- Run demonstrations, training, and onboarding sessions to increase AI tool adoption.
- Coordinate cross-functional AI initiatives (planning, follow-ups, timelines, status).
- Collect user feedback and performance data to improve AI solutions.
- Help define and track Key Performance Indicators for AI adoption and impact.
- Support basic AI governance activities (usage guidelines, guardrails, documentation)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields
- Min 1 year of experience in HR, Operations, Business Operations, Project Management, Business Analysis, or related functions
- Exposure to HR domains (e.g. HRBP, Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, or HR Operations) is a plus
- Project coordination skills, with the ability to manage timelines, track deliverables, and follow up with stakeholders effectively
- Good business acumen, with the ability to understand workflows, identify pain points, and define success metrics
- Comfortable working with data (e.g. spreadsheets, dashboards), with the ability to analyse and derive actionable insights
- Basic understanding of AI products and concepts (e.g. capabilities and limitations of LLMs, common business use cases)
- Communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
