Key Responsibilities:
As the Customer Service - Project Management Officer, you will support the line manager in managing projects and initiatives to enhance seamless communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities will be distributed as follows:
1. Project Execution & Support
- Support end-to-end delivery of supply chain related projects, from planning to execution.
- Assist in defining project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies; escalate issues proactively to project leads.
- Prepare project documentation, meeting materials, and progress updates.
2. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Operations teams (First Mile, Last Mile, Sorting, Transportation), Customer Service, BI, Product, and OPEX to execute project tasks.
- Align SOPs with relevant teams and ensure correct implementation.
- Support process improvement initiatives, project playbooks, and best practices to enhance scalability and consistency across teams.
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely closure of deliverables.
3. Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring
- Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data to generate actionable insights and identify areas for further optimization.
- Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports to monitor project impact.
- Identify insights, trends, and improvement opportunities to support decision-making.
Requirements
Experience & Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, analytics, or service improvement roles.
- Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or last-mile delivery is a strong plus.
- Solid project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data to track performance and outcomes.
