Apply What you'll do
- Handle and track escalations related to credit products, focusing on National Credit Bureau (NCB)-related issues.
- Investigate and verify reported issues to ensure accurate resolution.
- Monitor case progress and ensure timely resolution within the agreed service levels (SLA).
- Develop FAQs and response scripts to support Customer Service teams with NCB-related inquiries.
- Analyze trends in escalations and provide insights for process improvements.
- Work closely with Product team and Credit Operations team to support issue investigations and post-monitoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 1 year of experience in operations or related field
- Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills in Thai (English will be an advantage)
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
