Project - Business Development

● Lead project management activities for strategic initiatives from ideation and projection through implementation, tracking, and post-launch evaluation
● Develop detailed implementation plans, timelines, and success metrics for new initiatives
● Apply qualitative research and quantitative analysis to evaluate and improve existing business processes
● Identify functional, regulatory, and technical gaps, and initiate projects to address these gaps
● Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
● Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project rollout and alignment
● Facilitate and lead meetings stakeholders, sponsors, and project team members
● Influence stakeholders to drive decisions and maintain project momentum
Requirements
● 4-6 years of experience as a Project Management, with strong stakeholder management exposure
● Prior experience in the credit industry is a strong advantage
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and self-driven mindset
● Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
● High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
● Strong critical thinking ability with hands-on execution capability
● Results-oriented with strong ownership and accountability
● Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
● A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
● Passion for working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup or tech-driven environment
