Business Development Lead - SMB, ShopeeFood (Location: Da Nang)

What you'll do

• Responsible for business development in the assigned area for ShopeeFood products.
• Analyze data to plan and strategize for the team in the short and long term.
• Lead the team to plan and strategize to achieve the set goals.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the operation of products.
• Responsible for managing, recruiting, and training the business development team.
• Regularly visit merchants in the area with BD, solve the actual situation.
• Prepare reports as required for management team.
• Perform other tasks as required.

Requirements

• University degree or above majoring in: Business Administration, Marketing, ...
• At least 03 years of experience in Sales, have connections with restaurant chains/brands in the F&B market.
• Prefer candidates with experience in business development in the field of E commerce, E wallet. 
• Passion for business.
• Able to work under high pressure.
• Agility, adaptability and good teamwork.
• Good management, negotiation and presentation skills.
• High sense of responsibility at work.
• Proficient in using Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point). 
• Search, process, analyze information and make decisions.
• Planning and managing change. Task management and time management.
