Product Management Lead (Core Banking, Regulatory Reporting and Data), MariBank

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers (PMs) to drive technical project delivery for back-end systems from planning, development, testing, and launch.  
• Ensure all systems deliver accurate, complete, and timely data for mandatory filings.  
• Ensures over-all coordination within their tracks, supervising and coaching junior PMs, assigning tasks and deliverables to team members and working with other internal and external stakeholders to drive projects in their tracks.
• Create feature guides, conduct training, and provide knowledge support to other departments. 

Requirements

• Graduate of Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business-related course
• At least 5-7 years of experience in Product Management especially in back-end systems and services
• In-depth knowledge in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance phases.
• Proficiency in programming languages
• Excellent communication skills to interact with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executives. Ability to manage expectations and communicate project progress effectively.
• Ability to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and align project goals with business objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to monitor product performance, analyze stakeholder feedback, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements.
