Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (AI) – Credit, Business Intelligence

What you'll do

• Act as a senior subject matter expert in retail finance (credit) data and business processes, guiding analytics strategy and solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define complex problems, translate business questions into data solutions, and deliver actionable insights.
• Lead the design and implementation of advanced analytical frameworks (user analysis, conversion funnels, A/B testing, predictive modeling) to uncover business opportunities through systematic analysis
• Consolidate, structure, and maintain data from multiple sources to create comprehensive dashboards, reports, and KPIs for strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with data engineering teams to architect and optimize data marts, pipelines, and scalable analytics solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance variable tools, workflows, and operational processes, leveraging both traditional and GenAI approaches to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
• Mentor junior analysts, review their work, and promote best practices in analytics, data quality, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science/Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Finance/Banking, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in data analytics, BI, or data engineering.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (mandatory)
• Proven experience handling large-scale structured datasets for advanced analytics, modeling, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience in designing and maintaining end-to-end data tools, marts, or pipelines.
• Deep knowledge in GenAI tools and experiences in GenAI workflows development is a big plus
• Strong critical thinking, structured problem-solving, and ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
