HR Project Specialist / People Team
ShopeeAbout the team
This role partners with HR leadership to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and operational execution. The ideal candidate brings a consulting mindset to structure complex problems, while simultaneously acting as a hands-on HR Business Partner to ensure solutions are practically integrated into the business.
What you'll do
-Strategic Problem Structuring: Translate broad or ambiguous leadership visions into structured project scopes. Define problem statements, develop hypotheses, and design workstreams to address organizational pain points.
-Data Analytics & Decision Support: Conduct deep-dive analyses across HR domains (e.g., workforce planning, attrition, compensation logic). Synthesize raw data into actionable insights and "so-what" conclusions to facilitate senior management decisions.
-Executive Communication: Architect high-quality presentations and strategy reviews. Craft compelling, narrative-driven storylines that simplify complex analyses for executive audiences.
-Hands-on Solution Building: Take full ownership of building the actual logic, models, and operational processes required for project rollout. Ensure all solutions are scalable and integrated into the organizational workflow.
-HRBP Engagement: Directly partner with designated business units to manage core HR cycles. Use these frontline interactions to identify systematic issues and validate the feasibility of HR initiatives.
Requirements
-Professional Background: 3+ years of experience in management consulting or internal strategy roles.
-Analytical Rigor: Exceptional structural thinking and numerical reasoning. Mastery of Excel/ Google Sheets for complex modeling and data visualization.
-Ambiguity Navigation: Proven ability to operate effectively in environments with evolving contexts and limited upfront clarity. Able to proactively "bring order to chaos."
-Execution Mindset: A "builder" mentality—willing to handle daily HRBP operations while maintaining a strategic perspective.
-Communication: Fluent in translating technical data into business language; strong storytelling and deck-writing skills.
