Warehouse Supervisor - First Mile, SPX Express (Bangi, CSL, Taming Jaya, Pulau Indah)

What you'll do

• Monitor & coordinate seller pick-up order
• Assign pick-up locations according to the timing of pick-up and ensure cost optimisation at all times
• Perform quality and quantity checks once items have arrived at the warehouse
• Address seller complaints and perform analysis to identify the root cause. Simultaneously implementing preventive measures
• Ensure all pick-up activities are carried out in a timely manner by monitoring the productivity of drivers & riders
• Assist the fleet team lead in deployment and training of new drivers where applicable
• Monitor and report KPI compliance
• Ensure the compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures for warehouse parcel inbound

Requirements

• Working Pattern: 6 working days, Rotational shift schedule, Overtime if required
• Diploma / Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is advantageous
• Intermediate Excel and Google Spreadsheets literacy
• Experience in logistics operations would be an advantage
• Familiarity with postcodes / routing / mapping would be of good use
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Able to work in an agile environment
• Fast learner, comfortable with fast-paced environment
