Product Manager, Operations

What you'll do

• Develop a deep understanding of end-to-end business processes and user journeys; proactively identify pain points, unmet needs, and opportunities for improvement across touchpoints.
• Evaluate problem statements using data and insights to assess impact, feasibility, and alignment with product and business objectives.
• Define and propose effective product solutions that balance user value, technical constraints, and business outcomes.
• Drive initiative prioritization by establishing success metrics, estimating business impact, and managing the product backlog.
• Lead product delivery in close partnership with engineering and QA teams to ensure high quality, manage dependencies, and keep timelines on track.
• Monitor post-launch performance using defined metrics, and continuously iterate on enhancements based on data and stakeholder feedback.
• Align and enable stakeholders through clear communication of product updates, while supporting feature adoption with training and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to resolve issues, align on strategy, and support ongoing product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Product Management or a similar role.
• Knowledge or experience in supply chain and/or ERP-related products is a strong advantage.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects forward.
