Manpower Control Tower (SPX Express - Contract)

What you'll do

• Conduct Fleet x Subcontractor volume allocation to ensure the correctness and timeliness of allocation 
• Follow up on FFM confirmation (BAU and campaign) commitment 
• Communicate any mile-specific changes
• Escalate any issues to the team lead as needed
• Prepare presentations, progress updates, and detailed reports for the team lead to inform decision-making and highlight key outcomes
• Performing any duties as assigned to support Strategic Workforce Planning team

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business, logistics, supply chain management or related fields
• 1-3 years of experience in key account, logistics, supply chain management or related fields
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Good problem-solving skills with a practical, results-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (e.g. Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides)
• Can do attitude, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Thai language required; English proficiency is a plus.
