Lead Chinese Seller Key Account Management (Shopee)

Apply What you'll do
- Lead the CN KAM team to deliver monthly/quarterly KPIs; run weekly cadence and business reviews
- Own growth of top accounts: drive campaign adoption, commercial negotiation, and operational improvements
- Identify cluster-level growth opportunities and turn them into executable strategies/programs (tiering, incubation, priority tracks, resource allocation)
- Build KPI tracking and forecasting; provide insights, risks, and action plans; report weekly progress to management
- Partner with cross-functional teams to secure resources and ensure delivery
Requirements
- Native/fluent Mandarin (HSK 5/6 preferred) and strong working English
- 5+ years in e-commerce marketplace roles (KAM/Category/BD/Merchandising), with people management experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of target breakdown, forecasting, and post-mortems
- Strong stakeholder management and execution ownership
