Product Management - SG Marketplace

What you'll do

• Creating buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
• Developing product pricing and positioning strategies for SG Marketplace.
• Translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
• Work closely with engineering teams or functional product management team to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
• Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members.
• For each feature that may improve Shopee UIUX, think of Key selling points and naming conventions to help senior management in decision making.
• Willing to explore multiple and cross functional product lines such as supply chains and fulfillment and other Operation related features and functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in product management or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and product development processes.
