Apply What you'll do
- Identify growth opportunities and pilot regional marketing programs and key projects to drive payment volume growth for Monee, including ShopeePay and SPayLater
- Plan and lead regional 360° campaigns to maximize impact across awareness and adoption metrics, coordinating end‑to‑end from brief to launch, optimization, and post‑mortem
- Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for regional brand partners, co‑develop joint marketing plans, manage deliverables and approvals, and drive key brand outcomes
- Conduct deep-dive analysis and reporting on campaign and brand performance, translate insights into actionable recommendations to accelerate growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional local and regional teams including Product, Marketing, and Business Development, to ensure on-time delivery and on-brand execution across markets
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' working experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record leading end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns and managing external partners in a regional capacity
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data deep-dives and performance reporting
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality work on time
- Self-starter and strong individual contributor, able to ideate and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Industry experience in Payments, FinTech, or e‑commerce is a plus
