Senior Financial Reporting Associate

What you'll do

• Lead assigned areas of the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
• Prepare annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards
• Coordinate with tax teams to ensure alignment between accounting and tax reporting
• Act as a key point of contact for external auditors during interim and year-end audits
• Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal reporting requirements
• Partner with FP&A, Tax, HR, and Operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Review work prepared by junior team members and provide coaching and guidance
• Support ad hoc management requests, analysis, and special projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification preferred (CPA)
• 5–7 years of experience in financial reporting, audit, or technical accounting
• Experience working with external auditors (Big 4 or equivalent preferred)
• Strong understanding of Financial statement preparation and disclosures
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to see the “big picture”
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
