What you'll do

• Support the end-to-end onboarding process
• Provide the support for onboarding document verification
• Provide the support for driver KYC
• Ensure a smooth driver onboarding experience
• Escalate the onboarding issues and resolve it in-timely manner
• Analyze performance data to improve driver experience
• Support the execution of driver schemes, and manage driver communication/sentiment

Requirements

 

• Bachelor's degree in business, Operations or related fields
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fresh grad to 1-year relevant work experience in driver operations or logistic operations is preferred
• Experience in fleet management and communicating with drivers is preferred
