What you'll do
- Monitor and analyze data to identify suspicious rider behavior and potential fraud patterns
- Apply and interpret fraud rules to investigate and validate flagged cases
- Run data checks and generate insights to support fraud detection and prevention efforts
- Handle rider complaints and appeals related to fraud decisions in a clear and professional manner
- Document cases and collaborate with operations and risk teams to improve fraud controls
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Background in operations, fraud, risk, or customer support roles
- Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or transportation environments preferred
- Prior experience in fraud detection or similar roles is a strong advantage
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (data analysis, basic formulas, reporting)
- Ability to interpret rules, data patterns, and exceptions accurately
- Good communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive conversations calmly
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Comfortable working with data and making judgment-based decisions
- Able to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
