- Overall Responsible for all materials and information being cascaded for all operations teams including Knowledge Management Systems (KMS) content visualization & management, FAQ updates and enhancements, Spiels & Intents updates.
- Create & Update Customer Service Spiels and other messaging requirement of all Operations Teams
- Drive better content management and process visualization for FAQs for better customer experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
- 3-6 years of experience in content management, operations, or a related field.
- Experience with creating and managing internal content, such as FAQs and customer service scripts.
- Experience with Knowledge Management Systems (KMS) and content tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to organize content for easy access.
- Good communication skills to work with different teams and ensure consistent messaging.
- Ability to improve content processes for better customer experience.
