Operator Network Expansion Officer - SPX Express

What you'll do

·       Lead network expansion through feasibility analysis and strategic planning to optimize coverage and growth.

·       Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard operators/franchisees.

·       Launch and scale new hubs, ensuring operational readiness, staffing, and training.

·       Monitor hub operations, including logistics, warehousing, delivery coordination, and KPIs.

·       Implement and enforce SOPs, policies, and best practices to ensure efficiency and cost control.

·       Drive process improvements through data analysis and workflow optimization.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution.

·       Act as the escalation point for operational and partner-related issues.

·       Lead strategic projects to enhance operational efficiency and network capability.

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Management/Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
• At least 2 to 4 years of work experience in strategy, project management, franchising, and/or process excellence
• Great track record of successful project management is required
• High proficiency in MS Office and G Suite, especially in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
• Outstanding critical thinking and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills in English and Filipino
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other programming languages is a plus
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and working under pressure
• Willing to travel
