Recovery, PMO - SPX Express

What you'll do

• Lead the design and execution of end-to-end recovery improvement initiatives focused on Stuck, Loss, Damage, and other cost-impacting areas
• Identify operational and process gaps, develop improvement plans, and ensure initiatives are delivered with measurable outcomes
• Use data-driven analysis to diagnose issues, track progress, and ensure continuous performance improvement
• Build and maintain management dashboards and performance trackers for visibility and alignment
• Collaborate closely with local, regional, and cross-functional teams to align on strategy, priorities, and deliverables
• Coach and guide team members, fostering a problem-solving and analytical mindset within the team
• Act as the key business partner to management, driving cost optimization and operational excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from a top-tier institution in a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or management/strategy consulting, with proven leadership experience
• Strong track record in leading cross-functional projects with tangible business impact
• Highly analytical, with proficiency in problem-solving using data to derive actionable insights
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
• Proficient in analytical and presentation tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboarding platforms (Python is a plus)
