Apply What you'll do
- Lead the design and execution of end-to-end recovery improvement initiatives focused on Stuck, Loss, Damage, and other cost-impacting areas
- Identify operational and process gaps, develop improvement plans, and ensure initiatives are delivered with measurable outcomes
- Use data-driven analysis to diagnose issues, track progress, and ensure continuous performance improvement
- Build and maintain management dashboards and performance trackers for visibility and alignment
- Collaborate closely with local, regional, and cross-functional teams to align on strategy, priorities, and deliverables
- Coach and guide team members, fostering a problem-solving and analytical mindset within the team
- Act as the key business partner to management, driving cost optimization and operational excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from a top-tier institution in a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or management/strategy consulting, with proven leadership experience
- Strong track record in leading cross-functional projects with tangible business impact
- Highly analytical, with proficiency in problem-solving using data to derive actionable insights
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficient in analytical and presentation tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboarding platforms (Python is a plus)
