What you'll do

Locker Network Expansion

• Track locker activation status post-deployment and ensure timely go-live.
• Ensure lockers achieve steady-state performance within defined timelines.
• Identify slow-ramping or underperforming lockers and initiate corrective actions.
   

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor key locker performance metrics including utilisation rate, SLA, and CPO.
• Build and maintain weekly and monthly performance dashboards.
• Provide regular performance insights and recommendations to management.

Optimisation & Continuous Improvement

• Analyse performance by location type, geography, and deployment cohort.
• Identify root causes of underperformance and propose optimisation initiatives.
• Work with operations and maintenance teams to improve locker uptime and efficiency.

Cross-functional Coordination

• Collaborate with deployment teams to align activation and performance expectations.
• Partner with ops and maintenance teams to resolve performance-impacting issues.
• Provide structured feedback to scouting and commercial teams on location quality and deployment effectiveness.
• Support business cases and CAPEX reviews with data-driven performance insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in the related field.
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with dashboards and reporting is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong stakeholder management across ops, tech, and commercial teams.
