Card Operations Analyst - Payments & Card Operations, MariBank

What you'll do

• Reconcile card fulfillment, inventory, billing processing, fee exception handling, and operational reports.
• Execute business-as-usual (BAU) activities independently, ensuring strict adherence to Card Operations SOPs.
• Manage dispute and chargeback cases for customers’ debit card transactions, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with network rules.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, BSP issuances, applicable regulations, and approved Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Establish and monitor a robust risk and control framework, including proper documentation for audit and retention purposes.
• Forecast and manage card inventory levels and maintain strong relationships with card fulfillment partners.
• Coordinate with the Strategy & Innovation team on card programs, system enhancements, and new initiatives.
• Support Bank projects and initiatives, including participation in user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Demonstrate operational flexibility, strong work ethic, teamwork, and a “can-do” attitude while performing ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 3 to 6 years of experience in card fulfillment, dispute, and chargeback management, or other relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Accountancy, Financial Management, Economics, or other related fields is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong interest in learning new concepts and technologies; quick learner.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
