Key Account Manager - Seller Management

About the team

As a Key Account Manager (Seller Management), you will support the growth and performance of assigned sellers by acting as a trusted partner and point of contact. You will analyze seller performance, coordinate with internal teams, and help sellers improve their operations and sales on Shopee.

 

Key Account Manager（Seller Management）として、担当セラーの成長およびパフォーマンス向上を支援するため、信頼できるパートナーおよび主要な窓口としての役割を担っていただきます。セラーのパフォーマンス分析や社内関連チームとの連携を通じて、Shopee上での運営改善および売上拡大をサポートします。

What you'll do

Key Responsibilities

• Support assigned sellers as their primary point of contact
• Monitor seller performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
• Assist sellers with campaign participation, promotions, and operational issues
• Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Logistics) to resolve seller inquiries
• Prepare basic performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders

 

 

• 担当セラーの主な窓口としてサポート業務を担当する。
• セラーのパフォーマンス指標をモニタリングし、改善機会を特定する。
• キャンペーン参加、プロモーション運営、業務上の課題に関するセラー支援する。
• Operations、Marketing、Logisticsなどの社内関連チームと連携し、セラーからの問い合わせを解決する。
• 社内ステークホルダー向けの基本的なパフォーマンスレポートおよびインサイト資料の作成する。

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or expected graduation) in any field
• Strong interest in account management, business operations, or e-commerce
• Clear communication skills and problem-solving ability
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously
• Data-driven mindset with basic analytical skills
• Business-level English or Japanese communication skills (written & verbal)

 

• 学士号を取得していること、または卒業予定者（専攻不問）
• アカウントマネジメント、ビジネスオペレーション、またはEC分野への高い関心
• 明確なコミュニケーション能力および問題解決力
• 複数の業務やステークホルダーを同時に管理できる能力
• 基本的な分析スキルを備えたデータドリブンな思考
• ビジネスレベルの英語または日本語によるコミュニケーション能力（読み書き・会話）
