The CDD Team Lead will be responsible for the end-to-end AML/CDD process and drive performance of the AML Customer Due Diligence Team. You will be part of a dynamic team and play a significant role in risk management, ensuring compliance with various requirements as well as actively monitor for and report suspicious activities identified during investigation. Work with AML Operations Head and other key stakeholders to establish departmental goals and timelines and provide updates.
- Ensure overall service delivery of the CDD team that handles AML Onboarding and Periodic review.
- Ensure KPIs and SLAs are met by the team and establish a process that would ensure productivity and efficiency of the team
- Lead a big group in terms of their performance, discipline, and career monitoring
- Conduct root causes analysis of any concerns emanating from the review and recommends appropriate system enhancements to resolve alert issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any related course
- At least 3 - 6 years of work experience in doing a KYC/CDD/AML relevant role in banking, fintech or payments
- At least one year of work experience as a team leader or supervisor, managing an average of 10 to 20 full-time equivalents (FTEs)
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
- Decision-making skills
- Open to work in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City and/or Gateway, Cubao
