Senior Recruiter

Apply What you'll do
- Full-cycle recruitment activities – from understanding hiring needs, sourcing and screening candidates, to managing selection and offer processes
- Partner closely with hiring managers to align on hiring plans and ensure timely delivery of quality hires
- Assess current recruitment workflows, identify pain points, and recommend practical improvements
- Coach and support junior recruiters through on-the-job guidance and sharing of best practices
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive recruitment-related projects that enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience
- Track and report recruitment metrics to help the team stay on track and continuously improve
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Proactive and self-motivated, with strong problem-solving and independent decision-making capabilities
- Solid analytical and strategic thinking skills – able to assess situations quickly and apply sound business judgment with strong people instincts
- Excellent project management and execution skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment
- Clear and confident communicator, able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Collaborative team player with a resourceful mindset and a positive, can-do attitude
- Familiarity with regional talent markets is a strong advantage
- Experience in the internet or tech industry is a plus
