Commercial Strategy Executive - Monee Credit

Apply What you'll do
- Act as the subject matter expert for business planning and GTM strategy in the Indonesia market, leading key initiatives such as business expansion, P&L optimisation, product enhancements, and cost efficiency.
- Drive the end-to-end development and growth of off-platform credit, from strategic planning and product development to operational execution.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders—including Partnerships (KAM), Marketing, Product, Operations, and Technology—to ensure alignment at a regional level.
- Monitor key metrics, conduct deep dives into performance drivers, and identify root causes to implement effective solutions.
- Own both short- and long-term business goals, with a focus on delivering sustainable growth.
Requirements
- More than 4 years of relevant work experience; prior exposure to Payments, Internet, Banking or FinTech industries is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong logical reasoning and critical thinking abilities. Basic financial knowledge and budget planning will be needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven success in stakeholder management.
- Experience in retail credit product growth, merchant partnership would be an advantage.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach.
