People Operation (HRBP)_Ekkachai Rd. Samut Sakhon

What you'll do

• Work with business units to enhance team performance and improve climate environment aligning with company's strategies and core values
• Support BUs by understanding business needs and providing day-to-day HR guidance
• Build a strong business relationship with the BUs
• Develop and shape programs to address business-specific needs covered risk concerns
• Manage complex and difficult employee-relation issues
• Ensure HR policies and practices are effectively communicated and followed.
• Be a team player of HR project designation namely talent development, organizational structure, succession plan

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree in any fields
• 1-5 years of working experiences in HR Recruitment or subcontract management
• Excellent analytical skills, negotiating, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to independently lead operational team on-site, engage in discussions with various -internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in the warehouse industry is a plus
• Capable of working under pressure and a positive attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Able to work at Samut Sakhon area
