Apply What you'll do
- Manage and support the day-to-day execution of ShopeePay Merchant social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Support end-to-end creative asset production, including developing Key Visual (KV) mock-ups, editing short-form videos (Reels/TikTok), and crafting compelling copy tailored to the merchant audience.
- Support in-app communication for merchants
- Monitor, analyze, and report social media and campaign performance on a regular basis, providing actionable insights.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing and campaign execution.
- Initiate and support branding initiatives to drive merchant awareness, engagement, and registration growth.
Requirements
- Min. bachelor’s degree
- Min. 1 year of experience in Social Media Management or Marketing is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Familiarity with social media analytics and management tools
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe) is a plus
- Good communication skills (both English and Bahasa)
- Excellent copywriting skills (in Bahasa)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
