- Create, implement and execute the business development/growth strategy for the product category.
- Supervise and lead a team of Brand Key Account Managers, providing guidance and support to drive their performance.
- Developing online merchandising and promotion proposals to achieve sales targets.
- Retain and optimize key account relationships to drive overall sales volumes.
- Manage a team of Sales and Key Account Managers to help grow and manage your portfolio of brands.
- Carry out analysis & survey to better understand account/brand requirements and behavior
- Identify, establish and grow strategic partnerships.
Requirements
- Strong people management skills and experience in leading a team
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- An entrepreneurial, self-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
- Experience in the e-commerce industry
