Mega FM Transport Lead - SPX Express (North Caloocan)

What you'll do

Job Description:

• Manage overall truck direction, execution and transport matters
• Managing truck requirement and schedule of routes
• Managing truck cost and productivity 
• Managing lead time and SLA to/from warehouse
• Responsible for route distribution and vehicle resource management 
• Monitor and report transportation performance
• Managing key processes, generating measurable reports and driving performance to excellence
• Audit and validate operational SOP are being met 
• Support and resolves escalations and shall be able to provide long & short term solutions
• Support cost efficient and effective projects for overall SPX
• Responsible for weekly and monthly review of manpower
• Perform duties and responsibilities assigned by reporting manager

Requirements

Requirements:

• Demonstrated people management experience in an operational environment with direct reports responsibility
• Proven analytical skills and operational management skills
• Attention to detail in Productivity Management
• Good Verbal and Written communication skills in Local Language and English
• Proven ability in leading a team in a result-oriented environment
• Commitment and ability to adjust and work on non-standard hours for long term (shifts and nights)
• At least 5 years of Supervisory to Managerial Level Experience in Operations
