We are a dynamic team under the Campaign Operations division responsible for curating and optimizing product deals showcased during livestream campaigns. Our mission is to deliver engaging and high-converting shopping experiences by collaborating closely with brands, sellers, and internal teams. The sub-team plays a critical role in ensuring the success of livestreams through timely deal sourcing, coordination, and real-time support.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with internal teams and brand/sellers to source attractive, campaign-relevant deals for livestreams
- Negotiate and confirm participation of shortlisted deals for superstar creator livestream sessions
- Coordinate with category and campaign teams to align deals with overall campaign strategy
- Ensure timely input and setup of confirmed deals into the system/platform
- Deal checks prior to campaign day to prevent any errors
- Support real-time operations during campaign livestreams to troubleshoot or adjust deals as needed
- Maintain a tracker of deal status and performance post-campaign for reporting and optimization
Requirements
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong time management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to adapt to real-time changes and solve problems quickly during live operations
