PMO Logistics Lead - Market Expansion, SPX Express

What you'll do

• Drive end-to-end project management for the launch of new logistics services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define project timelines, milestones, and critical dependencies.
• Drive change management and training to ensure adoption of new services & processes across organization
• Support Product design, service innovation, and pricing logic development.
• Collaborate with other teams to model cost, ROI, and impact of initiatives
• Develop and monitor KPIs for pilot phases; track issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct market research, opportunity sizing, and translate business requirements into execution plans.
• Present project updates to leadership and facilitate structured decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Min of 7 years of experience in project management or consulting roles in the logistics or tech domain is a plus.
• Strong PMO capabilities: project planning, risk management, documentation, and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Data-driven mindset with basic competency in financial modeling and scenario planning
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Experience in operational change management or large-scale rollout is a plus
• Prior experience in logistics, process improvement, or strategy is a plus
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives
