Product Manager, Underwriting & Brokerage PMO – Insurance

What you'll do

• Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and actionable roadmaps, ensuring alignment with both customer needs and regulatory standards
• Analyse performance metrics and customer feedback to identify gaps, drive product iterations, and enhance user experience
• Proactively manage cross-functional dependencies, escalate risks, and recommend solutions to keep projects on track
• Continuously review and optimize product delivery processes, adopting new technologies and tools to improve automation and efficiency
• Overall, lead end-to-end project management of new insurance product launches, including ideation, approvals, development, legal processes, rollout, and post-launch enhancements
  
   

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in the Insurance or Financial Services industry
• Proficient in project management and good stakeholder management skills
• Good understanding of the Southeast Asian insurance market, insurance products and business processes.
• Good sense of new technology for insurance and internet insurance
• Ability to clearly identify cross-functional dependencies, escalate potential roadblocks and recommend effective actions
• Self-driven team player who can demonstrate ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change and deliver results under pressure
