Product Manager, E-Commerce Protection - Insurance

What you'll do

• As the product owner, you will lead the end-to-end development of innovative insurance solutions – from ideation, design, technical development, testing, and roll-out, to continuous enhancements post-launch.
• Partner closely with business teams to design products and system architecture that align with market needs and business growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver seamless insurance solutions across the full value chain: customer and policy administration, billing, claims management, product configurations, accounting, and regulatory reporting.
• Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and execution roadmaps, ensuring alignment with both customer needs and regulatory standards.
• Drive effective project management: create detailed plans, monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Engage with stakeholders across regions, balancing diverse requirements while driving consensus and prioritization.
• Continuously analyze performance metrics and customer feedback to identify gaps and drive product iterations for improved efficiency and user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related fields.
• At least 1 years of product management or product development experience in E-commerce, Financial Services, or Logistics.
• Solid understanding of insurance business processes, systems, and workflows (e.g., underwriting, policy admin, billing, claims).
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, adapt to change, and deliver results under pressure.
