Supermarket Lead

What you'll do

Team Leadership & Performance Management

• Lead and mentor the clusters under the Supermarket team to execute strategic plans and hit performance targets.
• Provide coaching and support to improve seller performance and team efficiency.
• Work closely with Category Management and Seller Program Project Management teams to drive alignment and improvements.

Business Operations & Strategy

• Own the end-to-end performance of the supermarket vertical—including seller acquisition, account management, and business analysis.
• Monitor key business metrics and identify opportunities to optimize performance and drive sustainable growth.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve pain points and enhance seller and buyer experience.

Inventory & Replenishment (SBS)

• Oversee inventory planning and replenishment strategies under the Serviced by Shopee (SBS).
• Coordinate with supply chain, category, and warehouse teams to ensure strong in-stock rates and fulfillment efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or any related course
• Minimum 8 years of experience
