What you'll do

• Responsible to maintain and manage SMB Merchants through online communication channel (WhatsApp, Email, and Call) by offering campaign participation, slice price program and other initiative under merchant portfolio given
• Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with SMB Merchants to build relationships and increase the likelihood of sales conversions.
• Able to track and achieve personal goals/KPI given

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any major
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Account Management or Telemarketing, preferably with experience handling Long Tail merchants.
• Target-oriented with a strong drive to achieve goals
• Previous experience or strong interest in E-wallet, food delivery, or e-commerce industries
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
