Features Project Lead - Logistics

What you'll do

1. Project Planning and Execution

• Drive the planning and execution of mid to large-scale technical logistics projects, including 3PL system integration, and feature deployment
• Ensure that technical solutions are scalable, resilient, and aligned with business goals

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with product teams to define requirements for backend logistics systems
• Facilitate effective communication and alignment across technical and non-technical teams

3. Risk and Timeline Management

• Build and manage execution timelines, and deliverables across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Identify risks, track dependencies, and proactively resolve bottlenecks to ensure on-time delivery

4. Team Management

• Serve as a key contributor and informal leader across a team working on logistics features
• Collaborate closely with the Logistics Strategy Lead to share strategic insights, and optimize resource allocation

Requirements

• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Management/Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Has at least 3 years of related work experience
• Has experience with excel modelling (P&L Impact, Simulations, etc.) and project management
• Comfortable with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google Slide
• Organized and knows how to compartmentalize and prioritize
• Knowledge in SQL is a plus but not required
• Amenable to being assigned to Podium, Pasig
• Amenable to travel
