Online Marketing Associate - Account Management (Social Channels & Google & Search Channels)

About the team

The Regional Online Marketing team is responsible for driving business growth across diverse markets by acquiring new users, increasing platform orders, and boosting GMV through data-driven strategies. The team leverages a wide range of digital marketing channels and requires strong channel expertise combined with innovative problem-solving skills to deliver impactful results.

What you'll do

• Collaborate effectively within a high-performing team to support the delivery of measurable outcomes  
• Design, plan, execute and monitor both always-on and promotional online campaigns across various marketing channels
• Drive market-leading ROI and analyse the optimal mix of digital campaigns to achieve KPIs through data-driven recommendations
• Collaborate with Thailand operational team, local marketing teams and the regional marketing team to deliver a full-funnel marketing campaign
• Work with the Marketing Analytics team to understand tracking and attribution to measure the importance and effects of digital campaigns accurately
• Work closely with Strategy and Planning team to customise the proposal to counter the challenges faced from local team
• Focus on new and innovative ways of engaging customers through constant testing & refining of new initiatives
• Keep abreast of the latest trends on Social / Google & Search channels and digital marketing and be well versed in the various components for success in digital marketing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative major
• Prior extensive hands-on experience in performance marketing on Social / Google & Search is preferred
• Mobile App user acquisition experience is a plus
• Passion for advertising and performance marketing, with a good understanding of internet advertising technologies, including the tracking and attribution model
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with a start-up environment is desired
• Outstanding analytical skills and data-driven approach
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, have an eye for details and thrive in a dynamic environment
