Affiliate Project Associate, Singapore Marketing

About the team

The Affiliate Marketing Projects team at Shopee is fast-moving, data-driven and highly collaborative. The team focuses on building and scaling partnerships with affiliate partners (Individual creators, Affiliate networks, Short-tail partners) to drive traffic, conversions, sales and orders growth for Shopee. Our goal is to empower affiliates with the right tools, incentives, and content to promote a wide variety of product listings at the best value for buyers.

What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of affiliate campaigns, initiatives and key projects
• Drive strategic projects that grow Affiliate Marketing sales and orders
• Leverage data to identify issues, gather insights and uncover growth opportunities
• Track and report competitor intelligence to inform strategy and benchmarking
• Oversee day-to-day program operations and performance across external platforms
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Talent Managers, Finance, Operations, Business Intelligence, etc.) to ensure strong execution, operational alignment and scalable growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; experience in the e-Commerce industry is a plus
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to execute tasks independently
• Demonstrated success in program management and collaborating across functions
• Creative problem-solver with a strong ability to analyze issues and implement effective solutions
• Proficient in analytical tools, with required expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
