Marketing - User Growth

What you'll do

• Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with marketing leadership and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Execution & Coordination: Lead and manage the day-to-day execution of marketing projects, which may include product launches, campaign rollouts, content creation, etc
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the central point of contact, coordinating efforts between internal teams (e.g., creative, content, product, sales) and external partners (e.g., agencies, freelancers).
• Budget & Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Campaign Management: Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to social media advertising (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), search engine marketing (SEM/PPC), and display advertising
• Analytics & Reporting: Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and dashboards to track campaign performance, generate reports, and provide insights for optimization.
• Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and implement best practices to enhance efficiency in managing marketing campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Has a basic understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in performance tracking tools, data analysis, and reporting 
• Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, proactively solve problems, and handle multiple priorities effectively.
