Warehouse Supervisor - Sortation Centre, SPX Express (Kuching, Sarawak)

What you'll do

• Responsible for the daily Sorting Centre operations including physical operations - mainly receive, sort and outbound
• Involves in scheduling, staffing and workflow management, monitoring of key performance metrics
• Manage multiple stakeholders - coordinate between building owner, manpower provider, and internal operation teams
• Ensuring the operations meet the targeted Service Level Agreement (SLA) by general management by exhibiting your problem solving and employee coaching/training skills wherever needed
• Provide daily data reports & identify potential improvements to existing processes to reduce bottlenecks & improve the efficiency of your team

Requirements

• Legally allowed to work in Sarawak based on respective state law requirements
• Experienced in warehouse operations would be preferred
• Strong leadership skills, promoting collaboration and teamwork across different departments/stakeholders
• Degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is preferred. Others with transferrable skill sets are welcome to apply
• Knowledge in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is encouraged
• Working pattern: 45 working hours weekly, Rotational shift schedule, Overtime if required
• Working location : Kuching, Sarawak
